The exhibition’s title refers not only to the kind of painting practiced by Knut, but also to the manner of not-speaking too much about it, leaving this field to fill, due to the principle of “less is more.
In his latest works Knut goes beyond the clichés of Polish painting of the 60s and 70s, bending the rules of abstraction, moving away from the rigid principles by combining technology and threads.
Moreover, the artist literally breaks even subject-object relations in the process of seeing images. The effects of these treatments will be on display in the gallery till March,20.
The exhibition was financed by the Ministery of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland.
